Finviz Elite is pointless IMO but the free version can do wonders if you know how to use it. If you want to look at multi-timeframe charts then use something like Thinkorswim (if you want shitty unreliable charts) or DAS Trader connected to your broker for a fee (if you want reliable and awesomely NOT thinkorswim charts).

StockFetcher has indicated that they are not interested in providing the capability at this time. I noticed that FINVIZ (finviz.com) is now offering their service with realtime data for $39.95/mo.. Not cheap but it i's cheaper than other sites that I have found. You can also search through about 16,000 stocks - similar to StockFetcher. StockFetcher is a screening and charting software platform with many interesting tools and features. StockFetcher makes creating stock scans simple.
